THE FORUM HAS RECORD NUMBER OF FINDINGS OF RDNH

Last week we published our semi-annual TOP 10 LIST OF WIPO PANELISTS.  This week we traditionally publish our Top 10 List of FORUM Panelists, but with a few exceptions, it continues to show a rather lackluster performance when it comes to being “fair and balanced” between Trademark holders that pay their fees and Domain Investors who find themselves having to defend a spurious UDRP Action. However, the GOOD news is that the vast majority of claims that are being filed are at WIPO.  The second good news is that  the FORUM panelists have found a record number (for the FORUM at any rate) of claimants guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.

I would also like to acknowledge that Zak Muscovitch and Jason Schaeffer had two wins each the last 6 months – so KUDOS to ZAK and JASON.  It is also interesting to note that once again, the Hon. Neil Brown leads the pack of panelists in denying claims during the past 6 months.  Here are the three lists:
