Last week we published our semi-annual TOP 10 LIST OF WIPO PANELISTS. This week we traditionally publish our Top 10 List of NAF Panelists, but with a few exceptions, it continues to show a rather lackluster performance when it comes to being “fair and balanced” between Trademark holders that pay their fees and Domain Investors who find themselves having to defend a spurious UDRP Action.
