Nevada drivers with the ridesharing company Uber are picking up passengers despite a judge’s order blocking the rides until at least until Nov. 7. Nevada Taxicab Authority spokeswoman Teri Williams said that at least one Uber driver was cited Saturday for violating Nevada laws licensing car services. Another 10 drivers were cited statewide on Friday.
