This is our 6 month recap on NAF decisions under the UDRP. Last week we published the results of our research on Panelists with WIPO that have ruled favorably for Domain Investors, and, more importantly, have found a number of decisions that ruled that Complainants abused the system and were guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking. However, regrettably, not ONE panelist at the NAF found an abuse by a complainant and there were NO RDNH DECISIONS!
However, it is interesting to note that there were a few panelists who decided for the Respondent on the basis of LACHES. I will indicate which ones in the poll below.
