It seems like a century ago when I first entered the World of Domaining, which changed my life in ways that I could never have predicted in a thousand years. The best, if not only resources for learning about domains and trademark infringement were DNForum and Rick’s Board which could only be accessed by invitation.
Fortunately, I met Rick on a cruise where I became his attorney for internet domain defense and we became friends. We fought a few very successful battles to protect his domains and I had a chance to learn from the “master” about domain investments on his Board.
Skipping ahead a number of years, I was delighted to learn that Rick’sBlog.com had been created to spread the “gospel” of domain investment. I have always believed that whatever Rick writes on his blog is well-thought-out and reasoned, especially his predictions for the future, which were and are almost always spot on.
So congratulations Partner on 5 years of providing great insight and hopefully there will be more to come.
